The accommodation is cozy and welcoming, with a stunning view of the valley from the garden. the cottage itself is charming, with rustic wooden beams and a wood burner that adds to the overall warmth and comfort. The location is perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities, with great walking and cycling trails nearby. I particularly loved the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to explore the picturesque towns and villages in the area. the farm animals added to the charm, making it a great place for families with children. The host, John, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the nearby pub, Calf's Head, was a convenient spot for delicious food and drinks. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Pendleside and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Lancashire. As someone who appreciates the beauty of nature and a cozy atmosphere, this place was a perfect fit for me. the well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and lovely surroundings made it feel like a home away from home.
